LITTLE HAITI FC’S SUMMER YOUTH TOURNAMENT CONCLUDES SUCCESSFULLY
Miami, FL – The first major Summer Youth Soccer Tournament organized by Little Haiti FC Academy came to a successful conclusion today, marking a significant milestone for youth soccer in the community.
The inaugural competition featured 28 teams representing 16 different academies, providing young athletes with an outstanding platform to showcase their talent, sportsmanship, and passion for the game.
In the U14 Final, Little Haiti FC captured the championship with a hard-fought 1–0 victory over Agapê International. The decisive goal was scored by Daniel Louis Innocent, securing the title for the home academy.
The U17 Final delivered another thrilling contest as Hialeah FC defeated Santos FC in a dramatic penalty shootout (5–4) after the teams finished 1–1 in regulation time. Emmanuel Rivero proved to be the difference-maker, coming off the bench to score the equalizing goal before calmly converting the winning fifth penalty to seal the championship for Hialeah FC.
The tournament was a tremendous success, bringing together players, coaches, families, and supporters from across South Florida while celebrating youth development, community spirit, and the love of soccer.
Over the course of three exciting days of soccer, approximately 180 goals were scored, providing unforgettable moments for players, coaches, families, and supporters. The Little Haiti FC Academy currently serves the community through three locations: Manno Sanon Park, Ben Franklin Park in North Miami, and an upcoming program at Allen Park in North Miami Beach. With the success of this inaugural edition, the academy is already looking forward to an even bigger and more spectacular next year.
Miami Ball Run for Little Haiti FC
Miami, FL — As the world’s eyes turn toward Miami during one of the most globally celebrated moments in sport, Ball Run Global and City of Miami leaders’ step forward with a message of gratitude and commitment. The Ball Run activation will serve as Miami’s heartfelt “thank you” to the millions who have visited, while delivering a meaningful, guaranteed legacy for Little Haiti FC, the only youth soccer program in all of Miami that is not pay-to-play and 100% free to children.
Ball Run Global has partnered with County, City and Corporate leaders and Little Haiti FC to ensure this legacy becomes real, substantial, and lasting. The Miami Ball Run 2026 will take place on Friday, July 17th, with kickoff at 1:00 PM at the Fountain Plaza at Government Center (111 NW 1st Street).
A Citywide Celebration of Unity, Culture, and Community Pride
Working in coordination with Miami-Dade County, City of Miami leadership, Police Department, community organizations, and local elected officials, the Ball Run will travel through Wynwood, Midtown, the Design District, and finish at the historic Little Haiti Soccer Park, with ceremonial stops that celebrate Miami’s vibrant culture while promoting unity, civic pride, and healthy lifestyles.

Little Haiti Warriors FC is a place where soccer is more than just a game. Since our founding in 2014, our mission has been to use the beautiful game of football to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation. What started as a dream to create opportunities for children in our community has grown into a movement that continues to impact hundreds of young lives across South Florida. We are proud to be the first soccer academy in South Florida where children can train and play without paying fees, because we believe every child deserves the opportunity to play, grow, and dream regardless of their financial situation.
At Little Haiti Warriors FC, we believe that developing a child goes far beyond the soccer field. Our academy is built on discipline, respect, teamwork, education, leadership, and social development. We want parents to know that when they bring their child to our club, they are joining a family that truly cares about their future. We focus not only on building talented athletes, but also responsible young men and women prepared for life. Our philosophy is centered around four possible pathways for every child who comes through our academy: college, professional sports, military service, or trade school. No matter which direction they choose, our goal is to ensure they leave our program with confidence, purpose, and the tools needed to succeed in life.
We proudly welcome boys and girls from ages 5 to 18 from all cultural backgrounds. Our club represents the true essence of community. a melting pot of cultures, languages, traditions, and dreams united through football. We do not judge by race, color, nationality, or economic background. Every child matters here. Every child belongs here. We embrace diversity because diversity is our strength, and it reflects the beautiful communities we serve throughout Little Haiti, North Miami, and North Miami Beach.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, everything we do is make possible through donations, partnerships, volunteers, and the support of people who believe in our mission. Today, we proudly operate in three different locations, continuing to expand opportunities for underserved youth across our communities.
