Mission Statement
North Miami Warriors, founded in 2025, is a not-for-profit youth soccer club serving a diverse population of underserved families in North Miami and surrounding communities. As the second team of the Little Haiti FCorganization, we share the same mission: to provide access to competitive club soccer for young people in urban communities, regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic background.
We achieve this by offering high-quality soccer programs paired with academic and social enrichment initiatives that foster the development of well-rounded individuals. Beyond soccer, North Miami Warriors serves as a gateway for academic support, healthcare, and social services, ensuring players and their families receive the resources they need to thrive.
Our vision is a North Miami where all youth—especially those from traditionally underserved populations—can access exceptional athletic programs that inspire leadership, resilience, and community empowerment.
We are more than just a soccer club—we are a social support system. We actively help keep kids off the streets and assist families with referrals related to immigration, education, and other critical issues. We believe sports and physical activity are rights, not privileges.
Like our parent organization, Little Haiti FC, the North Miami Warriors program is completely free to players and families. All board members volunteer their time, and 100% of funding goes toward professional coaching, equipment, uniforms, registration, tournament fees, tutoring, transportation, and the players’ basic needs.
We proudly support competitive boys’ and girls’ teams ranging from ages 5 to 19. Our teams compete in officially sanctioned leagues and tournaments under the Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) and U.S. Club Soccer.
What we’re most proud of, however, is our players’ ability to overcome adversity, support one another, and reach their goals. Despite many living below the area median income and facing language or social barriers, over 95% of our seniors graduate high school, and 75–80% are accepted into college each year.

At North Miami Warriors, we are committed to ensuring that every child with the desire to play has the opportunity to participate—regardless of their family’s financial situation, prior experience, athletic ability, or physical stature. As a proud extension of the Little Haiti FC organization, we carry forward the mission to remove barriers and open doors for underserved youth in our community.
Our vision is rooted in the belief that youth sports are a powerful tool for personal growth and social change. We strive to instill core values such as Honesty, Loyalty, Integrity, Teamwork, Discipline, Sportsmanship, Respect, Leadership, Trust, and Commitment in every participant. These values help shape our players into responsible, resilient, and engaged members of society.
Through the challenge of competition, the joy of victory, the lessons of defeat, and the strength of commitment, we aim to prepare our youth not just for the field—but for life. These goals are made possible through the collective effort of our dedicated volunteers, caring families, and supportive partners and sponsors who believe in the power of sport to transform lives.
